We offer unlimited fitness classes for $25/month. Payment is taken from your credit or debit card each month on your sign-up date. Mix Zumba or Zumba Toning classes!! Starting May 15th the zumba drop in rate will increase to $10/class.
WHAT KIND OF WORKOUT IS RIGHT FOR YOU?
A latin based fitness program for all ages and fitness levels. No dance experience needed.
Combines fun Latin moves and steps while adding 1.5 – 3.0 pound Zumba sticks that rattle and tone! Toning Sticks and Mats can be rented for $1.00 each. Sticks and Mats are on a first come first serve basis.
STRONG by Zumba:
A High Intensity Interval Training class using more traditional fitness moves for a more athletic, conditioning-style workout. You use your own body weight as resistance to achieve muscle definition.
Perform isometric exercises in a circuit-style format, participants will develop correct form, strength, improved muscle tone, and increased cardiovascular and mental endurance. Cardio exercises will be included in each interval.

You can bring your own weights (up to 3 pounds)
for the Zumba Toning class
Please note: classes are 55 minutes, so that the next class will have time to set up and students will have enough time to transition to next class.

the Zumba classes?
Zumba classes are held at Westland Mall, located at 6105 West Jefferson Blvd.
Zumba attire: comfortable clothing, gym shoes (not worn outside studio -- will damage exercise floor), t-shirt, tank top, yoga pants, shorts, towel, and water bottle.
